What are my responsibilities?
Define HVAC branch business development strategy, responsible for development of key account and coordinate with sales force to implement the strategy and achieve business target and sustainable growth in HVAC branch.
- Research on HVAC market trend, improve transparency, deep dive HVAC application cross industry branches, draw up and define HVAC development strategy.
- Driven and responsible for HVAC field motion control business, especially for sales growth in HVAC key accounts in strategic segment
- Marketing promotion/activities and partnership Siemens internal and external.
- Support and motivate the related sales to develop potential customers/key projects according to branch development strategy.
- Collaborate with other related BU of DI and SI
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- >4 years vertical segment BD/sales working experience in Industry Automation business field, with HVAC/Infrastructure field experience is preferred.
- Familiar with motion control products and technology. Experienced and knowledge of TIA/Digitalization is desired.
- Strong logic thinking and systemic analysis competence
- Good communication skill, presentation skill.
- Excellent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Bachelor or above education degree

- Able to frequently travel
