Job Description

Tax experience about:

- Attention to internal and external fiscal audits (EY, Tax authorities, CF A) 

- Calculation and presentation of  monthly and annual tax payments ( ISR, IVA, Salarios, etc)

- Preparation and presentation of  monthly and annual informative tax returns 

- Preparation of fiscal integral calculations of the financial statements ( Income tax  and deferred tax provision)

- In-house tax consultancy services

- Merger and acquisition formalities 

-  Tax provision reporting to shareholder
