Executive Assistant to the CEO/CFO

What part will you play?
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO and CFO’s ability to effectively lead the organization
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and colleagues on all matters pertaining to the CEO.
  • Supporting organization of business events (such as conferences, seminars, etc.) together with Communications colleagues
  • Assisting in creating content for the Intranet-Intranet and preparing stories about ongoing activities in the business and the team
  • Supporting Communications colleagues with content creation
  • Researching and conducting data and preparing presentations, memos, letters, and other documents
  • Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, such as purchase orders, invoices, travel expense claims
  • Using various software, including Excel, Power Point, databases, and presentation software
  • Organizing meetings (logistical and operational support) and participating as needed incl. minutes recording
  • Making travel arrangements for the team
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails, and other correspondence
What you need to make real what matters.
  • Substantial experience as executive assistant in an international environment
  • Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills in Serbian and English
  • High School Degree at minimum, or University or College degree
  • Experience providing administrative support to a team will be highly beneficial
  • Information literacy and IT fluency
  • Top-notch organizational and planning abilities
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication with a wide range of contacts
  • Excellent listener, super approachable and having strong community building skills
  • Being creative and generating new ideas is crucial for this role
