Then come and join our global team as an Intern (f/m/d) for innovative Rapid Prototyping - From Design Thinking to Low Code.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Our team helps drive digital transformation and creates innovative rapid prototypes to support the people within our business
  • As an intern, you would help with:
  • Preparing and running design thinking or problem-solving workshops
  • Working on low-code prototypes and dashboards with fellow interns and colleagues
  • Supporting efforts to test and iterate on prototypes
  • Contributing ideas for team and organization improvements
  • Our interns experience a wide range of work topics and tools in an innovative department
  • We don’t expect our interns to know everything, we emphasize curiosity and willingness to try new things and learn

Your qualifications and experience:

  • Students (f/m/d) of all subjects are welcome, but an IT and digital understanding and experience is highly valued
  • You have worked in different teams and are comfortable with diverse colleagues
  • You are familiar with the basics of software programming
  • Highly helpful if you made first experiences with Design Thinking and/or Low Code
  • Team players are highly valued. We are one ‘family’

  • You are open minded and self-organized
  • You are a self-starter who can find things to work on and navigate ambiguous topics
  • You are inspired by technology and coding
  • You are not afraid to ask questions
  • You are exactly the right person, if you like to think outside the box and love to be inspired by challenges!
This position is only available for mandatory / obligatory internships with a minimum period of 5 months, preferring 6, depending on the study regulations of your university with flexible start date.

Possible internship location is Erlangen in Bavaria, Germany. All interns (f/m/d) must be physically based in Germany for the entire duration of the internship.
