1) Product Safety， certification (CE, UL---),  EMC and environment background knowledge.

2)  IGBT / DC link capacitor / switch mode power supply design knowledge, key component selection / cost evaluation

IGBT直流母线电容开关电源的设计知识， 关键器件成本性能分析

3)  Power electronic circuit simulation knowledge, e.g. PLces or LTspice

功率电路的仿真知识， 如PLces or LTspice 仿真工具的应用。

4)  Thermal design knowledge for power electronic circuit. Thermal solutions and cost evaluation

功率电路的热设计知识 / 散热方案以及成本性能分析

5)  Evaluate and determine best cost and value position for designed and purchased parts through application of Cost and Value Engineering levers and methods

采用成本和价值工程的工具和方法为研发项目和采购的物料进行评估和确定最优成本和价值

6)  Propose CVE measures to cross-functions incl. financial impact and support implementation at respective locations

为跨部门提供成本与价值优化措施建议，包括财务效益分析和支持相关工厂实施

7)  Bachelor or above education background, preferred in Mechatronics or /Electric or /Electronic Engineering.

本科及以上学历，工科背景 (机械电子 /电气/电子工程)
