It's your role, here's the part you can play:

As part of our Sales Operations Team, you will perform excellent Quote-to-Cash processing and Maintenance and Support Contract Renewals for Grid Simulation Software, in close collaboration with our global Siemens sales regions.

  • You analyze customer needs, prepare price calculations and quotations, and fulfill orders of licenses, maintenance contracts and SaaS in the Grid Simulation Software business
  • You receive and distribute customer inquiries and support the global Siemens sales regions in the creation of quotations and order acquisition
  • In addition, you ensure the delivery of license files or dongles in strict compliance with the applicable ECC guidelines
  • Furthermore, you drive renewals of Software Maintenance and Support contracts based on successful communication with the global Siemens sales regions and selected end customers
  • You maintain customer data in Salesforce and support the implementation and operation of digital sales processes and tools

Be part of our team, here's what's needed:

  • You have completed your bachelor's degree in business administration. Alternatively, you have a commercial education in combination with several years of proven professional experience in international software sales and internal sales
  • You have a good business knowledge, especially in the field of quotations, calculations, and contract law (e.g. Terms and Conditions and License Agreements)
  • You have an advanced user level with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), SAP and Salesforce.com
  • You convince through an independent, proactive and structured way of working, have strong English communication skills and intercultural competency
  • You can easily adapt to new tasks, solutions and customer needs, are strong in coordination and an engaged and helpful team player
