Job Description

Act as a team assistant of MC MTS segment.
Responsible for overall administrative and support to prepare business data, slides and reports.
1. Administration support:
• Office administration including Visa invitation letter , visitor reception, book meeting room.
• Manage office supply, department assets.
• Archiving documents ,apply manager signatures and company seal.
• Internal System(Nexus, Concur, IT system, etc) input and maintenance of travel planning, book air ticket and hotel, daily and travel expense claim for managers.
• Support employee on new comer onboard, name card, gift purchase and distribution, PC, etc. 
• As the mentor of internship to guide them in the daily works
• Other daily administrative tasks.
2. Marcom support:
• Support in BU level staff events, such as annual party, town hall meeting, outing, etc
3. Business Support
• Support manager in management presentation slides, market analysis, business analysis, etc
• Cooperate with relative MC Segments in some necessary business support, including slides, reporting, etc.
• Organize some business review meetings.
• Other tasks assigned by managers.

Your qualifications and experience: 

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Good command of MS Office, Excel and PPT for data analysis and sales report

3. Highly verbal and written communication skills in mandarin as well as good command of English

4. Good communication and interpersonal skill, a dedicated team player, eager to learn, self-driven, detail oriented, proactive
