•Understand ODM/EMS procurement process;
•Support sales to do pre-sales product introduction and customer Q&A;
•On-site product introduction and after-sales support for new customers;
•Maintenance of potential customers, input salesforce and daily update;
•Have the ability of cross department collaborative communication, such as communication with product manager and technical department;
•Daily report sorting and reporting;
•At least 3 years experience in electronics or software industry;
•Experience in customer service;
•Good teamwork spirit;
•Good oral English skills in daily communication;
•Able to travel on business.
