This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Marketing Leader, you will be expected to:

  • Define & implement the marketing strategy for Cardiovascular Care in North America
  • Lead key marketing processes, including product positioning and value propositions
  • Align to market segmentation and competitive analysis
  • Drive new product introductions and sales force effectiveness
  • Support the field sales teams with marketing knowledge, tools, and collateral

  • Developing and executing a robust portfolio marketing strategy
  • Moving the funnel through the customer journey, from awareness-based branding to lead generation and nurturing, to customer retention
  • Driving the use of customer, market and competitive research to understanding customer’s clinical and economic needs, as well as values and benefits sought to identify market opportunities for owned portfolio
  • Creating go-to-market strategies, market messages with clearly defined differentiators, and content plans for owned portfolio to drive demand and lead generation activities
  • Manage customer focused events (trade-shows, webinars, live-cases, customer gathering events)
  • Creating diverse marketing collateral like case studies, data sheets, whitepapers, evidence/outcomes briefs, FAQs, blog posts, ROI tools, new media, and other sales tools.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Minimum of 10+ years experience in medical technology marketing, product management or related field with a preference towards experience with capital imaging devices.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical industry and understanding of the regulations by which marketing must abide.
  • Ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
