Mission
Enable sales organization with Digital Connectivity and Power products, develop strategic and midterm business strategies, exploit market opportunities in agriculture industry.
Areas of Responsibility

Build up market transparency for one of DCP Portfolio business, stay up to date on market and industry trends and leading practices.
Develop and execute the G2M strategy and specific promotion measure
Support sales as needed to communicate DCP product advanced features and capabilities, help identify and develop best company product to meet customer need
Communicate with HQ frequently about new product R&D, sales initiative, business development.
Synthesize and validate customer requirements based on application needs and use cases for roadmap input and prioritization.
Monitor and manage the impact of local regulations/standard on business
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Cooperative, good sense of teamwork with multi-task capability
Strong sense of responsibility, result orientation and can work under pressure
Working experience with Industrial Communication, Identification or automation related product management or technical consultant job is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and customer management skills.
Good English abilities in both writing and speaking are highly preferred.
Will to take frequent business travels.
