Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as Commercial Launch Lead - Hematology

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Commercial Launch Lead - Hematology, you will be responsible for:

·       You will represent the Hematology Franchise as the global leader responsible for commercial execution of the launch of the Atellica HEMA portfolio in all regions around the globe and drive commercial preparedness (process, tools, training) of the sales teams in the regions.

·       You will support Hematology Franchise Global Marketing messaging and marketing material development for the launch of Atellica HEMA and serve as Commercial SME to support Regional Marketing to optimize marketing messaging and collateral development in order to ensure commercial teams are effective.

·       In partnership with Global Sales Operations, you will drive ongoing optimization of Hematology related sales tools and processes to improve sales force effectiveness

·       You will perform forensic review of zone/region market transparency, sales funnel adequacy and sales funnel velocity to ensure the zone/region is on track to meet shipment and revenue commitments.

·       You will identify trends impacting customers and markets and pivot the commercial go-to-market strategy and execution of that strategy to ensure commercial success

·       You will serve the Hematology Franchise as the “Voice of Sales” to ensure there is an effective communication cascade from Franchise Global Marketing to Regional Marketing to Zone/Country Marketing to the local sales team.

·       As needed, you will participate in Territory or Regional business reviews in order to understand the level of commercial focus on hematology as well as to understand sales challenges that need to be addressed, sales opportunities that can be leveraged and best practices that can be shared to improve sales effectiveness.

  • You will have demonstrated success in the launch and commercialization of diagnostic products.

·       You will have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and are able to incorporate

that knowledge into highly effective sales strategies, sales tools, sales programs and sales training.

·       You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions

·       You have a willingness to travel and some flexibility with your schedule that would allow for short-term international deployment

·       You have excellent presentation skills in the customer environment and possess a team orientation, a strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • You will have 3+ years of diagnostics marketing experience; global level desired, but not required.
  • You will have 10+ years of diagnostics sales leadership experience
  • You are willing to travel up to 20%
