Job Description: 

Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products (both internal and external) with focus on surpassing customers expectations by achieving high quality and on time delivery. Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanism. Ability to understand complex products, solutions, and problems. Creates, documents, and executes software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas. Technical project lead. Works with general supervision on complex projects with latitude for independent judgment. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency and technical expertise.

TBD The candidate will work on new software systems and improvements to existing systems that evolves Teamcenter into a first in class PLM Cloud system. Teamcenter is already the world leading PLM system. The Cloud presents us with an exciting opportunity to expand our reach and allows development to accelerate the adoption of new technology.

The candidate will be working in a team environment using Agile processes for development.

The candidate will work on a wide range of topics that include creating automation and DevOps for installation and management of Teamcenter on AWS, developing automation tools for monitoring, reporting and administration of Teamcenter on AWS, developing DevOps based automation that enables the various teams to onboard their applications to Teamcenter on AWS, developing new software that will enable the customers to do self-administration.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and implement install and deployment automation of Teamcenter and related software on AWS
• Design and implement automation for patching and upgrade of Teamcenter on Cloud
• Design and implement monitoring tools, reporting tools for Teamcenter on Cloud.
• Design and implement software for customer self-administration

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s in computer science or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of programming experience is required
• 2+ years of programming experience in HTML, JavaScript, Python, Java is preferred.
• 1+ years of developing AWS experience is required.
• 1+ years of developing Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Teamcenter development will be a plus
• Experience with Lean / Agile processes will be a plus
• Experience in Windows and Linux environments
