We are looking to add to our team and hire an IMSA Certified (level 1 or 2) Traffic Signal Technician to support field operations in the Houston, TX area. To thrive in this role, you are experienced in the maintenance, repair, installation, and ongoing operation of traffic signals, streetlights, and ITS equipment. It would be great if you have experience with a wide range of traffic signals and ITS equipment, as you could either be working independently or as part of a team, depending on the project.For your safety, we must require:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Your ability to move supplies/equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Your willingness and ability to work at heights typically associated with the repair, installation, and maintenance of traffic signals and streetlights
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and drug screen
- May be required to acquire a bucket truck operator certification
