HR Specialist

Job Description

For Human Resources in Beijing, we are looking for HR Generalist with APAC exposure (start with a contract for 1 year).

What are your responsibilities?

- Be the first level of HR providing administrative and process support for managers and employees in APAC region.

- Support the HR Business Partner(s) in your region in all operational HR matters.

- Support with the implementation of our brand new Core HR IT system. 

- Lead or contribute to the implementation of HR programs and initiatives for assigned countries / units.

- Guide the business on the appropriate HR programs, processes, and policies based on the business environment / strategy.

- Support payroll, pension, staff benefit and contact with external HR related services.

- Responsible for department admin, support management on the daily routine management activities (including series of meeting and team building issues).

What do you need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor’s degree in HR relevant field or equivalent.

- Above 5 years’ experience in HR function, preferably in an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, TA role.

- Strong consulting and problem-solving skills; excellent decision making/analysis skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Have a broad understanding of local labor law, HR processes and tools;

- Good communication skills; excellent command of written and spoken English.

- Experience with relevant HR systems (e.g. SAP, Success Factors, etc).
