Reporting to the CEO and after training and learning about the solution designed by the company, the KAM will develop a sales strategy whose primary purpose is to create or establish sales activity with major industrial / OEM accounts internationally; they will make sales account plans adapted to each of our customers; ensure the satisfaction and loyalty of key accounts through regular and targeted promotional actions for our products; they will identify new needs and pain points to diversify our offer.
Supported in their actions by the marketing, product development, and technical support teams, they are in charge of defining an engagement strategy with key accounts to
achieve sales objectives.
Key responsibilities:
● In tandem with the CEO, define the business development plan, the targets of key accounts to be addressed, the objectives, and the sales forecasts.
● According to the goals that are set and the business development strategy of Wattsense, establish an action plan to qualify new key accounts.
● Set up the account plan adapted to each customer/prospect and identify the key people involved in the decision process.
● Organize Wattsense presentations and promote its offer.
● Rely on the company's support services and experts to organize pre-sales activities, including organizing and leading product presentation meetings.
● Prepare and negotiate framework agreements.
● Follow the different key accounts, and accompany them in their development according to their potential.
● Accompany and provide the necessary support to the sales teams to help them complete their deals.
● Participate in the construction of packaged service offers adapted to the commercial opportunities developed by the key account teams.
● Ensure the relationship with key accounts in the post-sales phase, and organize the technical resources to support them in their development.
● Monitor individual budgets (orders, product sales, invoicing, margins, collections).
● Participate in product promotion activities through presentations or attendance at trade shows.
● Be the privileged contact for key accounts signed and/or in development.
● Ensure the reporting of commercial activities through the existing tools in the company and participate in meetings and reviews to monitor the success of these
activities
