Then come and join our global team as a Talent Acquisition Professional, proactively advising and consulting Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, supporting diversity and inclusion and ongoing success of our recruitment process. This position is initially 6 months fixed term.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will join our high performing HR team to deliver across the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
  • You will manage multiple stakeholders, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver a best practice recruitment process
  • You will add value through providing guidance on market trends, recruitment processes and developing talent acquisition strategies to attract the best talent positioning us as an employer of choice.

Your qualifications and experience, attributes and skills:

  • You will have strong expertise and credibility as a Talent Acquisition professional, ideally with knowledge of the healthcare sector
  • You will be confident and capable to work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in an advisory and consultative capacity
  • You will have excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • You will have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. 
  • You will be an advocate for diversity and inclusion ensuring that our recruitment process remains unbiased.
