Assignments

  • Develop, implement and maintain quality documentation (quality procedures, reports, among others).
  • Responsible for continuous improvement in processes to enhance product performance and quality controls.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to generate solutions that ensure good quality products.
  • Conduct audits, create audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions
  • Root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for processes or parts
  • Analyze customer warranty returns and implement corrective and preventive plans/actions
  • Preparation of quality assurance reports.
  • Conduct product audits, quality inspection checklists, AMEF, 8D reports and product releases.
  • Responsible for production PPM's control.

Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Responsibilities

This position must be attentive and act preventively against possible risks in terms of safety, occupational health and environment, being aware of the impact that their behavior or decision could generate.

Must keep high standards of order and cleanliness in their work areas.

This position has the authority to question or stop any activity that involves potential risk of injury, illness or impact on the environment and requires the implementation of more stringent operational controls.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Industrial Engineer or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within quality activities.
  • Fluency in English (both written and speaking) is required
