What will you do if join us?

Commodity Strategies:Participate in commodity strategies definition and Implement commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials.

物料战略:参与物料战略的制定,并执行物料战略,确保长期、最优价格的物料供应                                                                      

Standardization:Contribute to implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, procurement guidelines, IT systems).

标准化:有助于执行并且确保使用全球定义的方法,流程和系统以保证流程的高效和合规。                                                            

Negotiations:Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings.

谈判:准备并主导与中等采购金额的供应商谈判,并获得最大的可行的节约。                                                                

Savings and Relevant KPI:Generate, document and implement savings, e.g. CNI; plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent.

节约和相关业绩指标:价格下降构想,文件化并执行,如CNI;制定计划,监督并报告以期达到相关的业绩指标并对整体业务有所贡献以及使结果透明化。    

                                                           

Supplier Management:Support supplier management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, development, classification); update supplier evaluation systems to obtain and develop the best suppliers and ensure transparency and high procurement quality.

供应商管理:支持供应商管理流程(如:认证,选择,评价,发展,分级);更新供应商评价体系以获得并发展最佳供应商,并确保透明度和较高的工作质量      

                                                           

Customer Interface:Ensure a close cooperation with internal customers (requisitioners) to ensure customer care and early involvement.

客户接口:确保与内部客户(申请者)的紧密合作以确保关注客户并早期介入                                                        

Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

完成领导交办的其它任务。                                                                


Who are we looking for?


At least 5 years experience in industry area procurement as well as cross-functional cooperation   

至少5年工业领域战略采购经验

Advanced technical/product knowledge of mechanical parts

丰富的机械部件技术和产品知识                        

Several years of experience in procurement as well as cross-functional cooperation

多年采购经验以及跨部门合作经验                                 

To be expert in procurement commercial knowledge

精通于采购商务知识                             

To be experienced in negotiation skill & experience

具备丰富的谈判技能和经历                               

To have basic quality knowledge of mechanical parts

具备基本的机械部件质量知识                            

Operation Microsoft, SAP, presentation

熟练使用办公软件,具备SAP操作经验以及报告能力                             

 To have knowledge of contract law

具备合同法律知识
