·       Participate in project/sales meetings as project core team member to exert a shaping influence at an early stage and to optimize internal workflows and processes.

作为项目核心团队成员参与项目/销售会议,在项目前期,发挥采购的影响力,优化内部工作流程。

·       Analyze customer inquiries during bid preparation / opportunity management phases and exactly understands the customer's functional needs in order to include (supplier) innovations. Intensive regular contact to in-/external partners in order to recognize trends (market and demand) and to influence appropriately.

在投标准备/机会管理阶段,分析客户的需求,准确了解客户的功能性需求,包括所需的创新能力(如供应商)要求。定期与内部/外部合作伙伴联系,识别(市场和需求)趋势并适当地发挥影响力。

·       Support project calculation with reliable material/service/software cost data, analyzes scope of supply and contract agreements, carries out risk analyses and introduces negotiation    recommendations.

利用可靠的材料/服务/软件成本数据支持项目核算,分析供货范围和协议,进行风险分析并提出谈判建议。

·       Analyze sales and operations planning in respect of starting / new projects, assessing and controlling of material costs within the whole project business in order to ensure the involvement of procurement. Utilize the digital tool to source the competitive suppliers and conduct the supplier qualification , evaluation and development process.

分析有关项目启动/新项目的销售和执行规划,评估和控制整个项目业务中的材料成本,以确保采购工作的开展。利用数字化工具寻找有竞争力的供应商,并进行供应商资格认证、评估和开发过程。

·       Head up contractual and price negotiations (advanced negotiation tools ) and responsible for particular material and service fields.

(利用先进的谈判工具) 主导合同和价格谈判,负责特定的材料和服务领域的采购。

·       Drive procurement strategies in projects and ensures the implementation. Adaptation and implementation of efficient forms of organization, procedures and processes to ensure potential   rationalization,  to optimize productivity and to meet safety requirements,  taking operational effects into account.

推动并确保实施项目中的采购战略。适应并实施有效的组织形式、程序和流程,确保战略的合理性,优化并达成生产效率等绩效指标,满足项目要求,同时也要考虑到后期执行阶段的顺利开展。

Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:

所需知识/技能/经验:

·       Long time activity in purchasing and/or engineering and cross-functional experience by project in an adjacent functional area, at least 6 years.

长期从事采购或工程类工作,并在相关的职能领域有至少6年的跨职能的项目采购经验。

·       Basic technical know-how and advanced project business experiences.

基本的技术知识和丰富的项目经验。

·       Capabilities to operate in foreign cultures.

在外企文化中的工作和业务执行能力。
