Digital Services Sales Support Professional

Job Description

This position is within Siemens Regional Solution & Services (RSS) and will support the digital service business in Turkey. You will drive business development activities with sales professionals by leveraging RSS digital services strategies and offerings (remote, cloud based, analytics and data driven) while also promoting proven outcomes and performance driven service contracts. You will also work very closely with the HQ teams and offer valuable field experience and insight. Working with sales and client service manager resources, you are expected to assist in generating and running highly qualified digital service opportunities and increase the understanding & value perception of RSS’s digital capabilities, both internally and externally. You will also visit customer sites to understand their infrastructures and find out the most proper and secure approach for the customers.

What are my responsibilities?

Works closely with portfolio sales professionals to provide digital services to the customers,

Makes site visits and surveys to understand customer infrastructures,

Leads customer training and conducts client facing presentations,

Works with Digital Service Engineers, Field Service Energy Engineers, Client Service Managers, Specialists and customers,

Supports customer/internal program reviews and understands relevant industry standards and customer applications,

Provides Cyber-Secure service offerings,

Translates network architectures into customer value,

Ensures the Communication between the Global Digital Service team and the local team,

Participates in professional organizations and support industry events.

What do I need to qualify for this role?

  • Bachelors' degree in Computer, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineerings or related areas,
  • Understanding of Service and Solutions Businesses,
  • Basic level knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation Systems, energy engineering and fire & security systems,
  • Understanding of Building Data Analytics, such as Fault Detection & Diagnostics & Monitoring,
  • Business Development Experience,
  • Significant exposure to the software industry and strong affinity for digital solutions and the use of digital technologies to transform business models and provide new value producing opportunities,
  • Excellent influencing and networking skills, paired with stakeholder management experience in a multilayered global environment,
  • Experience in consulting in digital services,
  • Strong IT, Software, Cloud, IoT platform experience,
  • Passionate about helping customers to achieve their goal to become digital.
