What will you do?

  • LMU (Location Management Unit) Business Administration for LMU WEST and EAST, act as financial partner to the LMU heads and responsible and accountable for the financial performance and ensure the integrity of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flow for the LMUs
  • Annual budget and monthly forecast
  • Financial reporting and analysis including quarterly P&L analysis reports, quarterly balance sheet account reconciliation, quarterly ADSTAR and Z Account reporting, and other ad-hoc financial reports
  • Monthly billing for internal and 3rd party customers including sales and quarterly billing true-up
  • Review of actual costs vs. budget for single tenant locations / major multi-tenant locations and send quarterly location report to customers
  • Location budget and Lease Agreement (GOSA) preparation for new locations and lease renewal
  • Facility Management budget control, FM invoice validation, monthly cost and tax allocation and monthly expense accrual
  • Period end closing activities: allocation of property management fee, infrastructure costs, insurance, security and mailroom expenses; various accruals
  • IFRS 16 accounting and Lease In contract management
  • GL approver for OneSRM PO
  • Support procurement process and functions
  • Support M&A activities
  • Coordinate and support SOA/RIC testing, tax audit and financial audit
  • Other assigned business administration tasks

What will you need to succeed?

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent
  • Professional designation (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) or in progress preferred 
  • Minimum 3- 5 years working experience in financial analysis, reporting, and/or internal controls. 
  • High proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Think-Cell). 
  • Experience with automation tools (PowerBI, Tableau) an asset 
  • Strong aptitude in utilizing Business Intelligence tools (eg. SAP Cloud Analytics, Qlik Sense) and/or other IT tools/databases to analyze/interpret large amounts of data from different sources. 
  • Business Process Improvement (BPI) mindset; demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to streamline and optimize existing processes in data collection, consolidation and reporting. 
  • High level of critical and logical thinking, analytical skills, and reasoning to identify key risk factors and drivers.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve tight deadlines.
