To strengthen our Operations team, we are looking for an enthusiastic
Order Processing Administrator (32-40hrs.)


The Department order processing looks after the entire administrative settlement of order receipt to production control and global distribution. In addition, the administrative handling of customer services commands. In all this there is intensive communication with the internal operational organization and all sales offices of Siemens. The function has both a control, coordinating as a collaborative character.
In addition to the tasks of order processing the function includes some general support activities for the internal organization as well as some reception tasks.


- HBO/MBO+ working and thinking level
- Experience in equivalent function
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Dutch
- Experience with SAP, Excel, export documents and customs
- Proactive, responsible, driven, team player
- Accurate, flexible, energetic and stress resistant
- Good interpersonal skills
- Lives in a proximity of max. 50 km outside Breda
- We do not offer a hybrid position, the job is full-time at the office
