What part will you play (tasks, responsibilities)?
  • Set strategic Analyst Relations (AR) direction, engagement plan, and execution while proactively make suggestions and decisions for success
  • Broaden visibility of Digital Industries (DI), its strategy, and our solutions through both inbound and outbound analyst engagements
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key industry analysts world-wide
  • Work in close collaboration with respective experts across the DI Business Units
  • Articulate company and strategic messages with external audiences in support of research, briefings, inquiries, and events
  • Manage time, resources, budget, and ability to track engagements through ARchitect
  • Flexibility to accommodate dynamic schedules of global analysts and teams
  • Increase operational success of AR through continuous improvement of AR functions and measured outcomes

What you need to make real what matters (skills, experiences).
  • Minimum of 3-years’ experience in Analyst Relations capacity with proven results
  • Strategic thinking and a high level of business acumen, including expertise in delivering improved competitive positioning of the Digital Landscape
  • Executive presence and sound business judgment during C-Suite engagement
  • Strong project and program management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple projects in any given status
  • Strong intercultural sensitivity and ability to work with international stakeholders and teams across flexible working hours
  • Digital skills in the development and creation of content utilizing PowerPoint; strong writing and reading comprehension; use of Microsoft Teams for collaboration and project and program management
  • Experience in and strong knowledge of (any of the following disciplines):  IT, Software (Enterprise, IoT, Engineering, Automation, etc.), Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Controls /industrial automation), vertical industries
  • Bachelor, Master or PhD in Business, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT
  • High flexibility with domestic and international travel (travel estimated up to 30%)
  • Fluent in English with ability to communicate and write
