Branch Operations/Project Lead

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Security Operations Lead to join our Smart Infrastructure team based at our Perth, WA office. As the Security Operations Leader, your primary responsibility will be to provide branch operational and project delivery leadership for our Branch Service teams in the Building Automation and Security sector, as well as fostering strong customer relationships and developing key customer stakeholder management plans for our key strategic customers.

Some responsibilities may include:

• Successful execution of project goals, which include cost, schedule, quality, and technology for the life cycle of the project, across multiple projects. These goals would include using such metrics as revenue, profitability, on-time execution, resource utilization, risk identification, customer satisfaction, etc. The Project Manager will direct all phases of projects from inception through to completion, including the definition of the project scope, technical and commercial reviews.
• Provide direct support for service and operational activities for ‘key strategic’ customers in the region including customer relationship management, resourcing, operational and escalation support.
• Work alongside BMS & Security Service & Delivery teams as well as Sales and Commercial teams to enable and optimise a customer centric approach to business activities.
• Initiate improvements and ideas ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Perth Operational team. 
• Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders eg. builders, mechanical and electrical contractors, and end users to assist with influencing customer perception of Siemens, specifically around our delivery capabilities. 
• Continuously monitor metrics and leverage customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of solution & service delivery

The successful candidate will have experience managing a team of technical project and service personnel within the Building Industry, in a corporate environment. Your strong leadership and communication skills and ability to build sound working relationships will ensure your success in this role as well as your demonstrated experience in the management and delivery of multiple projects.
