For the Operation and Engineering Center OEC within the Business Segment LDA Solutions we are looking for a head (m/f/d) for the OEC Mexico

Responsibilities

• Leading the Project Management- and Engineering team of OEC Mexico with focus on Minerals and system business for large drives applications

• Ensure project execution in time, on budget and within quality in order to improve profit and cash flow

• Fully profit and loss responsible for the project execution in accordance to PM@Siemens and the PM-guideline of LDA

• Establish a systematic feedback process of lessons learnt in project execution

• Playing an active role in the global OEC network to implement and push initiatives with the goal to increase the profitability of the project execution within LDA

• Working closely with the LDA management team of Mexico and with the OEC Americas team to deliver the operational targets

• Responsible for ensuring all compliance guidelines, both internal and external are met and can be evidenced

• Ensure highest EHS standards at all locations

Experience

• University degree in engineering/Bachelor’s degree in engineering, MBA prefered

• To be certified PM@Siemens is a plus

• More than 5 years of experience in solution business/project business

• Leaderships skills on managing teams and leading via influence

• Expertise regarding the disciplines drives & motors, process automation, power distribu-tion,

• Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem solving abilities

• Fluent english

• Excellent communication skills
