Your tasks and responsibilities:

Bring in industry innovation to SHS portfolio that benefits to secure market and competition.


Extend and manage the connect with industry partners to gain insights of industry trend and innovation.

Scouting industry innovation technology that bring cost benefit or performance improvement to SHS products and solutions.

Setup proof of concept projects, drive evaluation/validation and deployment of industry standard technology in SHS products and solutions.

Drive architectural/technological harmonization/standardization to benefit from innovative components with clear business contribution.

Formulate the architecture and technical roadmap.

Drive/contribute to cross system projects, including PLC (Product Lifecycle Cost) reduction, platform solution and industry standardization implementation.

Enable and support implementation of Architecture for platform solution.

Analyzing of influencing requirements for the Asia-Pacific market segment.

Multiple project management.


>=5 years experience in R&D and technology application of medical equipment equivalent industry.  Rich experience in at least one area of HMI, communication, embedded computing, power units, etc.

Very good technical understanding on hardware & software integrated products.

Experience in architecture and technical roadmap definition is a plus.

Familiar with PLM process.

3-5 years of experience on project/program management, close interaction with R&D, supply chain, product managers. Cross functional communication is a plus and experience in MNC is welcome.
