We are currently looking for Product Manager to join our control system Product Manager team.
Change the future with us. You will take responsibility for all facets of AE hardware products and sales aimed at the Chinese market. Including the definition of the product, business planning, establishing, and synchronizing with all cross functional teams to realize the target of products, solution, or sales with defined marketing strategies.
The Position Overview:
This position will focus on product and marketing for Process Automation BU, Automation & Engineering department’s hardware and software business in China, through promotion of conventional products as well as the creation of new products, solutions, and services. You will be responsible for the definition and direction of a product or product family throughout all stages of the product life cycle (concept through end-of-life.) In this role you will work with development, Product management in headquarter, customers, sales, financial, marketing and all cooperation team to manage the product through its life cycle to ensure it meets established goals for revenue and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Interacts with multiple sources at different business area to set a vision for the use of PA AE’s software and hardware in the Chinese process automation markets
-Works closely with customers, internal teams and headquarter colleagues, to define the promotion strategy, set the implementation measures, understand customer requirement and strategic product gaps that need to be filled to enable traditional and new products to address the requirements of customer/industry applications, achieve the established products sales targets.
-Daily maintain the responsible products for pricing, roadmap, promotion, and placement.
-Marketing promotion or customer visit to increase market awareness and customer requirements.
-Provides a business justification for making product area enhancements that will grow new revenue.
-familiar with and skilled in using various online promotion measures. Develops collateral and demos that highlight products value to users of the application area(s)
Summarize and analysis current business status and report, and guide future business
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
-Knowledge of process automation control system and related hardware and software technology, preferred more than 2 years related working experience
-Experience and project background in Process Automation such in chemical, pharmaceutical, or other process -industries are preferred
-Experienced in online promotion is preferred
-Strong learning capability, systemic mindset, and have certain understanding about digitalization
-Rich knowledge of process automation system control products or competitors corresponding products
-active working attitude, full of passion and collaboration with team
-Willing to have frequently travel within China
-Bachelor or above degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-Fluent in English
