Then come in and join our Malaysia team as Logistic Specialist, Customer Services (CS) to process and coordinate orders, product returns / replacements and product warranties including processing order confirmation to customers, ordering to vendor and monitoring deliveries .
Your task and responsibilities :
  • You will handle the key processes in SAP which consists of transfer posting , return unused spare parts, parts consumption / write off and item master for new parts.
  • You will be accountable for all Zulleigh Pharma (ZP) processes which includes item maintenance , part repairable status and sales order process. 
  • You will generate weekly / monthly logistics reports for Laboratory Diagnostics (DX) consumptions , Customer Service Engineer (CSE) inventory , Atellica MRP / replenishment , Write Off planning, DHL duty charges and ZP spare part charges .
  • You will perform billings / invoices processes  including creation of Purchase Order (PO) / Purchase Request (PR). 
  • You will perform housekeeping of system (SAP) documents within the policies and development set-out in the monthly logistics report including key figures in billing due lists, open purchases and open job orders. 
  • You will constantly update the spare parts order status for tracking of parts ordered by CSE/ TSE.
  • You will act as a DC Authorizer to performed any PH for spare parts.
  • You will support 3PL Operations to ensure smooth transaction of spare parts by dealing with freight forwarder by providing necessary documentations as requested .
  • You will be responsible for p
    reparation of export-related documents and shipping documents in accordance to local regulations and export control requirements where applicable, letters of credit, and certificate of origin, etc.
  • You will liaise 
     with suppliers and establish the necessary and correct procedure to handle different logistics requirements and obtain proper documentation from suppliers.
  • You will ensure proper stock replenishment and optimisation in accordance to profit center/divisional requirements.

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed  Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • You have at least 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience with the Healthcare industry preferable

Your attribute and skills:

  • You are  analytical and able to problem solve independently
  • You takes initiatives, accountability and responsibility for own work as well as collaborating with others
  • You are meticulous and resourceful 
  • You able to commence work at short notice (Immediate Hiring)
