Job Title: Data Analyst

What are my responsibilities?

Mission

• Drive the implementation of DI PA internal digitalization excellence Journey
• Support DI PA MP2025

Areas of Responsibility

• Overall this team leads PA internal digitalization strategy formulation and roadmap
• Lead and drive PA digitalization tool development (e.g. Mendix, Uipath), advanced data analysis (e.g. Knime),AI algorithms supported business analysis, advanced management visualization based on BI like Qliksense.
• Collaborate with business segments to develop tailored digital applications and reports to support PA business intelligence and process efficiency
• Actively drive and cultivate PA digitalization culture, build up PA overall digitalization competence, and set-up PA digitalization community and circles to share digitalization knowledge, skills and experiences, promoting PA digitalization image in whole DI and Siemens
• Support business segments for new biz model related data analysis topics

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Education and Experience

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Management information system
• Solid application skills in one or more of areas such as data mining, AI, programming, nice to have in database, low-code app development, RDA/RPA, BI design, etc. 
• 3-5 years experience in data analysis related applications or project, especially based on cut-edge algorithms
• Working experience related to business analytics, finance report digitalization, industrial automation fields is preferred
• Good communication
• Excellent command of English both oral and written
• Quick learning ability, Structural thinking and highly motivated and ready to take on challenges
• Strong curiosity in areas such as but not limited to AI development trend, business growth driven by data, human and data interaction, etc.
• UI/UX experience is a plus
