What are my responsibilities?

订单管理部门作为公司与客户业务接口的主要接口,同时承担着项目管理及内部运营资源协调安排的职责,始终以客户满意度和公司业务目标为先。确保订单可靠交付的同时,亦负责订单的成本控制,推进改善活动,以提升产品和公司间业务合作的竞争力。

As the interface between the company and customers, order management department takes the responsibility of project management and internal operation resource coordination, takes customer satisfaction and the company's business goals as the priority.  Responsible for order cost control and improvement activities to enhance the competitiveness of products and delivery reliability.

•        作为订单管理团队的主管,负责团队的管理工作,汇报给订单管理及生产部门经理。

As the leader of the order management team, reporting to the order management and production department manager. 

•        负责团队内的工作分配及协调, 确保订单的顺利执行及交付。

Responsible for work assignment and coordination to ensure smooth order execution. 

•        提供月度/季度/年度销售收入及生产产能需求预测。

Provide monthly/quarterly/annual sales revenue and production capacity demand forecast. 

•        合理组织制定生产计划,保证项目/订单的交付及生产产线的合理运转。

Organize production plan to keep production line running smoothly and ensure project/order delivery.

•        合理安排物料采购计划,并与采购部门一起制定物料策略,确保项目物料可用性的同时维持合理的库存水平。

 Define material planning and material strategy together with logistic to ensure material availability and reasonable inventory level.

•        组织项目/订单成本分析,推动成本改善活动,确保业务利润水平。

Organize project/order cost analysis and drive cost improvement activities to ensure business profitability. 

•        参与推动内部流程改善及数字化项目推进,提升运营效率。

Support internal process improvement and digital project promotion to improve operation efficiency. 

•        根据业务需要,承担具体项目/订单执行的职责。

Take responsibility for specific project/order execution according to business needs. 


What do I need to qualify for this job?

•        有团队管理经验者优先;

Team management experience is preferred.

•        大学本科,工业工程或电气相关专业优先

Bachelor’s degree in Electric Automation, Industry Engineering or equivalent is preferred.

•        具有关于控制电柜行业相关的知识和经验优先,如:技术支持、工程设计、项目管理、生产计划等;

Knowledge and experience in control cabinet industry is nice to have, such as: technical support, engineering design, project management, production planning etc.

•        具有一定的生产计划排产经验,了解生产相关的精益知识,如:不同特性产品的生产模式、产能平衡、瓶颈工位等;

Have experience in production planning and scheduling, familiar with lean production, such as: production mode, capacity balance, routing bottleneck, etc.

•        具有较强的责任心和好奇心,有强烈的自我提升意愿,勇于承担责任,承受压力,接受挑战;

Have a strong desire to improve yourself, be curiosity, take responsibility, accept challenges, and could work under pressure.

•        具有较强的学习能力,良好的沟通能力,处理事务的严谨性、逻辑性;

Have strong learning ability, good communication skills.

•        英语听说读写流利;熟练操作电脑软件。

Fluent in Spoken and written English; Skillful in Microsoft office tools.

•        具备部分商务和物流的基础概念,熟悉SAP等ERP软件的逻辑及应用技巧;

With basic knowledge of commercial and logistic, Skillful in SAP operation.

•        对精益数字化企业有一定的了解,对于流程的数字化改造有相关的知识和经验;

Have a certain understanding of lean digital enterprise and have relevant knowledge and experience on process digital transformation.
