Senior Logistics Officer

Supply Chain & Management

The successful candidate will take the responsibility of supervising, implementing and reviewing the daily operations of the logistics department. The primary responsibilities include:


  • Supervise, oversee and handle daily operations in Logistics functions and Warehouse in order to maintain effective and efficient operations and coordination in-between
  • Ensure a smooth business operations in the department e.g. goods delivery, cost and supplier management
  • Support the implementation of logistics policy and company policy
  • Cost and performance control of logistics service providers
  • Analyze costs and prepare reports and charts in order to achieve better cost control
  • Coordinate and communicate with suppliers / vendors / forwarders / headquarter / internal / external parties
  • Prepare variety of reports to managers on projects and logistics operations
  • Contribution on process/operation streamline
  • Contribute on Digitalization Project
  • Mange other ad hoc projects assigned by management


  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent discipline
  • 10 years of experience in logistics field with emphasis on planning & coordination work;
  • Knowledge in shipping and proven team leading experience is a must
  • Sound knowledge in SAP
  • Strong organizing ability, independent, result-driven and committed
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, self-initiative and a good team player
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage
