Then come and join our Siemens Healthineers Malaysia team as Function Business Administrator to support on Fixed Asset-related topics in the Hub, as well as Planning & Reporting tasks.

Your tasks and responsibilities :
  • You will be responsible for Fixed Assets (FA) process including preparing necessary documentation, reviewing accuracy and completeness of input in FA tool, assisting team in FA process improvement and policies in place 
  • You will handle queries and provide guidance related to Fixed Assets whenever is required by the business 
  • You will prepare country allocation cycle to ensure accuracy and completeness 
  • You will assist team to prepare the Internal Service Agreement (ISA) and Long Service Agreement (LSA) between entities 
  • You will perform Planning & Reporting activities which includes coordinating with Country Business Performance Controllers which includes closure of tool, input of Sitax figures and ensure the completion of Business Unit's Forecast and locking of Forecast tool
  • You will handle all queries related to Forecast Tool 
  • You will support your superior on any ad-hoc reports / topics

Your qualifications and experiences:
  • You hold a successfully completed Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications 
  • You have at least  2- 3  years of  working experience 
  • You have experience in SAP FICO module 
  • You have experience in general accounting function with exposure to business requirements and interfaces
Your personality and skills:
  • You have good command of written and spoken English 
  • You have strong accounting background with understanding in Financial statements, accrual concept 
  • You have advance knowledge in Ms Excel 
  • You are meticulous, have an eye for detail , able to spot discrepancy/ deviation
