(Senior) Compliance Manager

Job Description:

  • Interpret and analyze the policies from government, regulatory bodies, and other agencies, and guide the business and operations to comply with all compliance requirements
  • Advise on compliance issues on various internal and external focused areas, such as anti-corruption, export control, data privacy, AML, etc.
  • line of defense and help with implementation
  • Communication with financial regulators and maintain relationship and reputation of Siemens
  • Collaboration effectively with internal departments on cross-functional compliance projects, and communicate with local regulators and key stakeholders
  • Develop training materials adapt to the company’s business and products
  • Assist team head on other assign tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related major
  • More than 8 years of experience in compliance/internal control/legal function financial services, licensed financial institutions preferred
  • Expertise in dealing with regulatory bodies, with in-depth understanding of financial products, i.e., leasing and factoring
  • Excellent cross-department communication skills; must be a team player
  • Fluent English
