Plan and manage personnel and material resources, processes and projects in the Laboratory Diagnostics R&D team assigned. 计划和管理指定的诊断实验室的人员和材料资源、流程和项目
职责领域 Areas of Responsibilties:： -Lead assay development and/or method enhancement project(s) on automated instruments and work with cross-functional project team members to develop product performance requirements.
-Implements guidelines and defines functional specific policies, processes or methods to fulfill the superior business strategy.
- Take certain responsibility in related patent, scientific literature and regulation scanning and analysis.
-Apply scientific and statistical principles to design, conduct, and analyze multi-variable experiments (DOE).
-Prepare charts, graphs, technical protocols, plans, reports, and other documents.
-Perform root cause analysis as part of troubleshooting activities as necessary and implement corrective actions.
-Perform laboratory experiments including involving handling potentially biohazardous serum and plasma from human and animal sources etc.
-Plan and allocate resources and budgets to relevant projects or activities.
- Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and preparing project proposals.
- Meet and comply with the regulations concerning safety, health and environment of team.
-Manage and lead the team assigned, provide coaching, development, and performance management and daily management to employees
-Other duties as assigned by leader.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in in vitro diagnostic industry and experience in developing automated in vitro diagnostic tests.
-Prior management experience is a plus
-Rich knowledge in chemistry/biochemistry of buffer systems, proteins, enzymes, surfactants, and preservatives and familiar with statistical analysis and design of experiments and have good PC skills (e.g. MS Office, Minitab).

•BS/BA or advanced degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
