- Take certain responsibility in related patent, scientific literature and regulation scanning and analysis.
- Drive innovation by proposing new ideas and preparing project proposals.
-Develop new analytical techniques directed at solving conjugate problems.
-Meet and comply with the regulations concerning safety, health and environment of team.
-Provide technical supervision and coaching to junior employees
-Support R&D development through preparation of conjugates.
-Take part in characterization of antibodies, antigens, and conjugates.
-Support manufacturing troubleshooting efforts using various analytical techniques.
-Prepare detailed reports to document the work performed.
-Other duties as assigned by leader.
-5 years industry experience with a BS degree is preferred. 2 years with a MS or Ph.D.
-Rich knowledge of conjugation chemistry， protein chemistry, chromatography (i.e., SEC), electrophoresis (SDS PAGE; IEF), BCA/BIORAD protein analysis. Knowledge of Immunochemistry and assay development is a plus.

-Skilled in MS Office software

-Fluent spoken and written English
- Be adaptable to business travel.
- Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, biochemistry, or biology. Candidates with a MS or Ph.D. are a plus.
