SIMATIC WinCC (TIA Portal) is part of a comprehensive, integrated engineering concept that offers a uniform engineering environment for the programming and configuration of control, visualization, and drive solutions in industrial automation. The WinCC Engineering Software includes innovative tools for the end-to-end configuration of SIMATIC HMI operator panels and PC platforms. It supports the configuration for all HMI applications, ranging from the simplest operation solutions with basic panels to SCADA applications on PC-based multiuser systems.


What part will you play?
  • As Product Owner you work closely with relevant stakeholders, continuously exchange good practices and collaborate within the organization.
  • You refine the requirements/outcomes in the own scope and understand the respective customer value.
  • You create and maintain the team backlog, add and rank new requirements/user stories as team backlog items and define acceptance criteria.
  • Additionally, you consider quality attributes (usability, security, safety, …), incl. regulatory and legal aspects.
  • You participate at the sprint planning and sprint review meetings and as often as possible at team meetings.
  • The set up and maintenance of risk management products is also part of our tasks.
  • You work closely with the team to clearly communicate the customer needs, help and motivate the team to understand them by presenting and explaining the product backlog items.
  • Lastly, you evaluate and accept the work results, based on defined acceptance and done criteria. 
What you need to make real what matters.
  • You have a bachelor degree in a relevant field with several years of experience in industry automation.
  • Additionally, you have several years of experience in requirements engineering and development. 
  • Ideally you have experience in SDS principals and methods.
  • You have experience with balancing of different stakeholder expectations.
  • We are looking for a creative problem solver who is willing to take and own the risk of developing simple solutions to complex multi-dimensional problems.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English round up your profile.
