Then come and join our global team as Project Lead (f/m/d) for the InnovATe Program.  

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the InnovATe project management - our program for the next generation of high-tech, innovative, and cost-efficient angiography systems
  • In addition to the classical project management tasks (planning, budget, time, risk, progress, etc.) you will act as a link between daily project management tasks and long-term strategic goals of Advanced Therapies. You will be supported by a highly specialized core team that will work with you to successfully bring our future products to market
  • You will ensure that success-critical cross-functional teams are led and efficiently communicated through project transparency appropriate to the target audience
  • You support the program management and the executive management in decision-making processes. These are identified and evaluated e.g., based on economic feasibility studies, opportunities, and risks of the project, as well as completed by action and mitigation strategies.
  • Furthermore, you actively support our continuous improvement and sustainable implementation of our lean project management processes and methods

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a successfully completed master's degree in engineering, physics or economics or comparable
  • You have many years of professional experience and sound methodological knowledge in project planning, project management, risk management and stakeholder management and have several years of experience in leading complex system projects or comparable, challenging activities
  • You are very familiar with classic and agile development methods and processes
  • Ideally, you have several years of professional leadership experience in the areas of project management, system development, system testing, or similar
  • You have good knowledge of the special requirements for medical devices

Your attributes and skills:

  • To act confidently in our international environment, you have business fluent English skills. Good German language skills are a plus
  • As a true team player, you enjoy working with people across all levels and different cultures
  • You are characterized by a high degree of social competence in dealing with the various stakeholders and score points with strong leadership and organizational skills
  • You are flexible and travel to our partners on site when needed
