IT Application Analyst - Senior

Job Description

As an SAP IT HR Applications Analyst, your responsibilities include Global SAP HR solutions to enhance business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. In addition, you will partner with customers to analyze and define requirements. IT Analysts in this role must have several years' experience understanding and supporting Core HR Business Processes and Procedures (Hiring, Separations, Reorganizations, Movement of Personnel and how Systems are impacted). Core application areas of SAP HR: Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Analysis and configuration in these core application areas. IT analyst will implement, customize, test solutions, write documentation and develop specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed.

Required Skills, Education or Experience
  • SAP Configuration -Enterprise Structure (Personnel Areas, Subareas, Employee Groups/Subgroups)
  • Knowledge of Personnel actions
  • Strong understanding of 'Core" SAP HR PA/OM Infotypes
  • HR Interface Support Experience and Analysis
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ SAP configuration experience
  • Analytical skills are a must
  • Candidate must possess strong presentation and English communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of the global organization.
  • Self-motivated analyst with deep understanding of business processes.
  • Strong team player, proactive learner keeping knowledge and skills up to date, adaptive and willing to work with team members and end users of varying backgrounds.
Preferred Skills, Education or Experience
  • Experience with supporting ShapeiN a Third Party Integration tool– (A Plus)
  • Workday
  • Experience implementing SAP for multiple countries on a single global SAP instance.
  • MS Office Product Suite
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Travel (<15%) may be required
