Receptionist
Functions:
• Collect and capture data for plant operations reports.
• Follow-up to purchase orders, support in facilities, services, and MRO.
• Support with the translation of any assigned document to facilitate internal and external communication.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, Prepare and Coordinate coffee break for Staff meetings.
• Support Staff members and HR department in different activities or requirements
• Receive all visitors in a polite manner, helping to channel them with the corresponding contact.
• Respond politely to all calls received, with the purpose of facilitating internal and external communication, in a way that helps to promote a good image of the company.
• Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
• Minimum education required: Communications or Graphic design.
• At least 6 months of experience in similar positions
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bilingual 90% (English Spanish)
• Customer service oriented
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
• SAP knowledge (Preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, organization & creative.
