  • As Director Corporate Business Procedures, you will design the company-wide regulations on topics related to international business transactions, Siemens-internal business, and commissions and incorporate them into the corresponding tool. 
  • Your responsibilities also include the creation and publication of ZRG newsletters and the execution of the corresponding policy authority. 
  • In this role, you will advise the P&L units and regions on specific business cases as well as business-specific sales concepts. 
  • Furthermore, you advise and structure regarding business-related go-to-market topics. 
  • You will be responsible for the conception, design and implementation of specialist training courses on topics relating to international business processing, contract constellations and Siemens internal business, e.g. at the request of the Business or Regions. 
  • You will be involved in the preparation of general and country-specific sample contracts and provide advice and support on topics relating to Siemens internal business in the case of spin-offs/divestments and integrations. 
  • You will be responsible for the support and further development of the ZRG IT solution. 
Your profile for "Making the future possible". 
  • You have a degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification. 
  • You bring many years of experience in a similar function in handling product, system and project business, combined with detailed knowledge of Siemens processes, value flows, structures and portfolio. 
  • You bring knowledge of Siemens internal regulations as well as accounting and tax specifics of the international large-scale plant business as well as the digitalization business. 
  • You have knowledge of country-specific or regional peculiarities, as coordination with the respective stakeholders in the regions is also part of your work. 
  • You are known by your deep knowledge of national / international contract law and strong Word & IT skills.
