RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the monthly/quarterly/annual commission process for our sales and technical teams, ensuring commission and bonus calculations are accurate and comply with the plan
Own Local incentive compensation plan design across sales, service and technical team to align with business goals and outcomes
Support internal executives, the local sales team, and the Operations team with detailed visibility into all aspects of business performance
Define, track and monitor KPIs that impact the business
Work independently to process information and data to create reports on activities, trends, and projections
Assist as needed with key reports/analyses
Leverage insights gleaned from analyses to proactively identify signals and inform appropriate action to address/leverage
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:
BA/BS degree, with 5+ years of relevant professional experience in finance, analytics, reporting and/or revenue strategy/operations; sales compensation familiarity preferred
Experience working with large data sets to build complex models and gleaning insights to inform business strategy
Proficiency with MS office, CRM, ideally Salesforce, a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and implementation skills
Comfort working cross-functionally and advocating for your ideas and insights
Ability to prioritize, set deadlines, and meet aggressive goals
Ability to maintain data integrity through attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter, shows initiative and curiosity, strong sense of urgency, commitment, and accountability for your work product
