Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
POC LDA Senior Accounting Specialist
will be responsible for:
  • Oversee and manage daily accounting operations to ensure accounting booking compliance with Siemens reporting guideline and local reporting guideline.
  • To check accounting booking in SAP and ensure no error and accuracy, ensure monthly/quarterly closing quality.
  • Prepare local PRC GAAP report, deliver reports to external and internal, parties, and make adjustment for GAAP difference between IFRS and PRC GAAP, and monitor changes
  • To provide monthly/quarterly Siemens required analysis reports( Adstar ,Runbook etc.)
  • Yearly audit coordination. Audit report review.
  • Ensure qualified company and branches local financial reports on the monthly
  • Coordinate and check annual filing and related party transactions report.
  • As consultant and coordinator on finance fields, give advice and solution on the questions from All Departments
Required Knowledge/Skill/Experience:
  • 8 + years of experience in key financial functions like Accounting Share Service Center in multinational companies and Big Four audit firms,
  • Familiar to financial accounting and reporting structure of Siemens would be value added
  • Good business understanding with experiences
  • Clear understanding of value chain and value flows of the business
  • Responsible and reliable with good communication skills
  • Be open-minded for changes/ new opportunities
Professional Knowledge
  • Knowledge of accounting and closing guidelines in both IFRS and PRC GAAP
  • Knowledge of Accounting regulations, CPA etc Accounting certificate would be plus
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • SAP/SAC: Finance and Accounting related modules
  • Microsoft Office Tools and how they are used to transmit key messages. BI tools skill is a plus
