You are an experienced Software Developer with a pronounced growth mindset and profound knowledge in automated testing as well as continuous integration and delivery pipelines. You are interested and keen to become an expert in the Building Automation domain. Your new responsibilities

  • Analyze the current testing process and practices and drive improvements in an important project portfolio in the area of building automation
  • Define an effective quality assurance strategy, aligned with the business and quality goals
  • Create and execute manual and automated tests for both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Foster the use of test automation and test-driven development approaches
  • Manage the design and continues improvement of test automation frameworks and test environments
  • Ensure testability of requirements, collaborate with software and system architects and enforce traceability and transparency throughout the development lifecycle


Your skills

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or comparable experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in software testing including state of the art knowledge of testing processes, methodologies and tools
  • Test architecture experience, or strong interest to build up for a test architect role.
  • Experience with continuous delivery pipelines such as GitLab CI/CD to deliver high quality software
  • Demonstrated experience in UI and API test automation architectures (using C# and JavaScript)
  • Excellent organization, time management and communication skills
  • Experience with agile development processes
  • Sound English skills (written and spoken) are a must, sound German skills are beneficial
