Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
- Implements, configures and maintains the production computer network
- Installs, configures and maintains computer systems and solves problems related to them
- Solve troubleshoot system and network problems
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Continuously develops IT equipment in the organization
- Maintains and administers the password system and user data, as long as these activities are not performed by central departments or if they are not explicitly regulated in another way
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Manages hardware / software suppliers and license agreements
- Contributes with ideas and technical solutions to the digitization of processes within the organization
- Coordinates the software/hardware update activity, data security, performing system tests
- Collaborates with internal and headquarters departments to interconnect the IT infrastructure and achieve IT synergies
- Updates specific work procedures, implements process changes according to requirements
- Develops IT solutions specific to the activity agreed in Siemens
- Ensure the existence of the following documentation: documentation for users, technical documentation
- Provides support to users in his sphere of competence
- Implement safety and information security policies and procedures in accordance with Siemens procedures
Your Qualifications – Solid and Appropriate
- University degree as information scientist and practical experience;
- Network knowledge, server setup, structure, administration, network;
- Knowledge in programming languages and databases is an advantage
- Knowledge in setting up IT HW (PC, Notebook…);
- Good spoken and written command of English. German is an advantage
- Communication skills, creativity and teamwork abilities;
