Your new field of responsibility – challenging and future-oriented
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in the network operator market and with sales experience. The successful candidate must be a skilled communicator, customer-oriented and with a solid technical background on IT technologies for the power supply sector.
In your new position, you will participate in customer meetings to explain use cases and benefits for power grid operators.
  • You identify and create high-quality product candidates and leads. You maintain and develop the customer as part of the sales cycle
  • You develop and present technical solution concepts in the field of SCADA/EMS/DMS based on our Spectrum Power control center products for customer inquiries in the pre-acquisition phase
  • In addition, you will convince our customers of our products with customer-oriented presentations and demonstrations of SCADA/EMS/DMS
  • You support the bid team in the technical preparation of bids from bid decision to win/loss
  • You proactively support sales in the regions
  • You are responsible for subsystems of the SCADA/EMS/DMS products, so that demonstrations are possible according to the respective product release with suitable data, workflows and scripts
Your qualifications – well-founded and adequate
  • You have completed a master's degree in energy technology and have many years of professional experience in the solutions business in the field of sales, engineering, project management or development
  • In addition, you have project experience in the field of energy transmission and distribution and in the control center business and are well-versed in the field of customer and competitor analysis.
  • Expert knowledge in technical problem analysis as well as broad knowledge in the international solutions business are part of your portfolio
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the business processes of energy supply (grids and generation; public utilities and industry) and very good knowledge of the control center products Spectrum Power (or comparable products)
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindset as well as a strong IT background or aptitude (not necessarily detailed technical knowledge), ideally in the field of electrical power supply
  • A confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of target costing are a matter of course for you, expert knowledge in the field of IT integration is particularly advantageous
  • You inspire with excellent presentations in business fluent English and ideally in another foreign language (for example French)
  • You have intercultural experience that you have gained through successful work in international teams
  • You have a pronounced analytical ability and result orientation and thus convince with suitable solutions and arguments
