The successful candidate, being an engineering specialist, will take the responsibility of project implementation and technical support for Building Automation projects.  The primary responsibilities include:

  • Perform design, testing and commissioning (T&C) of the system in accordance to the project requirements (e.g. FAT, SAT, etc as in accordance to the project) in which can be handover to the customer, prepare and get approval from the customer of the testing procedures and reports.
  • Support the Project Manager on system design documentation, drawings, coordination meetings, and other related activities for projects.
  • Conduct meetings with customer’s team, suppliers and subcontractors, where appropriate, and deliver result and report for the meetings
  • Coordinate with customer, supplier and subcontractors on site requirements
  • Plan and liaise with customer or other subcontractors on interfacing requirements and test
  • Monitor design, testing and commissioning progress and coordinate with installation team to ensure that the project is completed in a safe and timely manner.


Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

  • Degree qualified in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering with 5 years experience or Higher Diploma with 7 years experience
  • Good command of written English and Cantonese. At least 3 years’ relevant experience in building automation industry or Elec. / Mechanical system
  • Knowledge of any of the following systems for CMCS, BMS and SCADA.
  • Knowledge and experience in PLC control system and HVAC is a must
  • Knowledge of Building Services and Electrical Wiring standards is preferred
  • Experience on Airport Systems (AS) is an advantage
  • Possess skills for Software Programming (e.g. STEP7, WinCC) is an advantage
  • Possess skills for AutoCAD or Microstation is an advantage
  • Team player, able to work in complex environment, overtime and under pressure
  • Candidate with more experience can be considered as Assistant Manager
