Job title: Deputy Manager – Record to Report ( Application Services Engineer)

We also support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

This is your role. What part will you play?

·       The role requires deep analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills

·       Partners with the business unit to understand needs Identifying digitalization opportunities to optimize business processes

·       Responsible for evaluating technologies and solution delivery, analyzing and interpreting of data

·       Define solution architecture and project implementation. The solution delivery is through a variety of activities including process design, data analytics, solution configuration, and deployment.

·       Responsible for participating in requirement and design sessions with the customer; analyzing areas of improvement opportunities; collecting and analyzing data

·       Manages projects through the use of proven Software Development Life Cycle processes, procedures, and tools to include planning, coordinating all project activities, project status meetings, system specifications design and review, technical review, system testing, system implementation, post-implementation review.

·       Works with the business unit on long term strategies to better use technology and to promote process improvement initiatives.

·       Coach, mentor and lead experienced developers in meeting the customer expectations by delivering apt IT solutions.

·       Continuous study of new technology and current trend in the market in the domain of share service

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

·       Graduation in Computer Engineering is preferred

·       Scrum Certification preferred

·       5+ years’ experience as a Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Business Specialist or related field

·       8 years of IT-related experience, previous management experience required

·       Exposure to trending technologies and know-how

·       Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, API, SAP, HANA
