IT Service Management Professional

Job Description

Your tasks and responsibilities:
• Should be proficient in all the modules of ITSM suite (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service request Management)
• Understands the wider Business Strategy and creates a Knowledge Management roadmap that aligns to it.
• Overseeing all knowledge-related activities with Service Now.
• Ensuring that knowledge Articles are up-to-date and working according to defined process.
• Conduct Problem Review calls on weekly/Monthly and identify the Root cause or Workaround to fix the process issue.
• Supporting custom and standard reports being used within ServiceNow
• Analyze data with a view to isolate the potential cause of the issue.
• You will develop the IT requirements and the framework in close cooperation with the business units and countries
• You will develop user stories for sprints and prototypes in close cooperation with internal and external partners in international teams
• They support the service and ensure that the necessary processes are rolled out and adhered to in the countries
• You comply with quality, information security, and data privacy requirements

Your qualifications and experience:
• You have a degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable
• 7+ years’ experience in its service management platform
• Ideally, you have already gained initial professional experience in the areas of IT service management in the service desk area
• Having good experience in the generating Service now reports.
• You are familiar with IT processes and the IT portfolio.
• You have basic knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., Incident, Problem, Knowledge, Major Incident, Change, Reporting)
• Strong personal commitment to quality and customer service
