- Lead and Build the Team - Manage a team of senior product leaders. Invest in team development and talent acquisition
- Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap - With your team of Product Managers, develop and maintain a multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap that drives the business goals across the IES portfolio.
- Lead strategic planning across Product Management, Product Development, and Go-To-Market teams applying Agile methods to define the plan of record while making appropriate trade-offs based on evolving market needs. Define and deliver concrete “wins” with each release, drive thought leadership and communicate product direction to customers, analysts, and media
- Create Market Leading Products. Create products with fast performance and compelling user experience, based on a modern cloud architecture that incorporates the latest technology and innovations
- Customer - Cultivate relationships with customers and sales across multiple industries and geographies. Support executive forums and assist in developing future revenue opportunities
- Manage Mergers and Acquisitions (M/A) process and integration - Work with IES, DISW and Corporate teams in Dealbook planning, target selection, and integration activities of acquisitions. Ensure investments, business plans and sales models are aligned to achieve business objectives and support customers as newly acquired companies transform into IES.
- Pricing and Packaging. Manage IES portfolio including Price Book, pricing and licensing strategy and new product introductions
- Business Results – Engage in Quarterly Business Review with senior leadership to monitor revenue, key business metrics and trends. Manage budget. Ensure investments, business plans and sales models are aligned to achieve growth targets and support customers
- Align with Stakeholders - Partner strategically at various levels across the organization, establish and maintain outstanding communication, and build/maintain collaborative relationships at all levels. Work closely with key internal customers, partners and acquisition targets and act as critical liaison to other segments and business functions, focused on enhancing cross-functional alignment across our portfolio
- Competition & Market Analysis - Stay abreast of competitive and market dynamics and apply insights to IES strategy and execution
- Seasoned well-rounded leader with extensive senior leadership experience in business, development, and operational roles
- Minimum 15+ years of Enterprise Software deployment background
- At least 5 years in a leading portfolio or product management role
- Proven ability to manage complex programs, including execution, implementation and influencing skills. Able to handle many diverse and complex activities in parallel. Must be highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Flexible, team player with a positive attitude towards internal and external customer experience
- Able to effectively communicate with senior management and corporate level customers
- Demonstrated pattern of acting strategically with an innovative, yet analytical approach to problem solving without much supervision or direction
- Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, or other relevant technical discipline required
- Outstanding verbal, written, presentation, facilitation, and interaction skills
- Ability to work on multiple highly complex projects simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership, time management, communication, decision-making, presentation, human relations, and organizational skills
- Advanced degree e.g. MBA, MSEE, MSc or similar
- Experience working in Enterprise SW
- Knowledge and experience with E/E Systems Development
- Normal office environment
- 20-40 % of time required to travel
