What part will you play?

  • You will be part of a global team responsible for identifying, developing, and placing leadership talent as well as succession planning for key global positions at Siemens.
  • You will contribute to the conceptual development of strategic projects to realign the internal People & Organization strategy and prepare these in PowerPoint.
  • You will support the development and implementation of internal communication concepts to draw attention to the team's activities and find innovative ways to engage executives and high potentials.
  • In addition, you will relieve us in the analysis and preparation of P&O data.
  • We also count on your support in planning and organizing new events, such as development panels for high potentials.

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

  • You are currently enrolled at a German university, studying business administration, economics, psychology, communications, or a comparable course of study - ideally with a focus on human resources - and are available to us for approx. 16 hours/week.
  • You have already gained some experience in project management and in the HR department of a large corporation.
  • You are proficient in the use of common MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint.
  • Your friends describe you as an outgoing and open person and you enjoy working in a team.
  • Personally, you convince us with a high level of initiative, analytical thinking as well as a structured and independent work style.
  • Since our team operates globally, you should have a very good command of both English and German.
